Tender salmon pieces coated in a sweet and spicy hot honey glaze, perfect for appetizers or main dishes.

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets
  • Hot honey
  • Garlic, minced
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or the air fryer.
  2. Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized chunks.
  3. Combine the hot honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Toss the salmon chunks in the honey mixture until coated.
  5. Place salmon bites on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or air fry for 8-10 minutes.
