Instructions

  1. Thinly Slice the red onions.
  2. Prepare the pickling mixture by combining honey, your choice of vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl, whisking until fully blended.
  3. Combine the onions and marinade by pouring the mixture over the onions in a mason jar.
