Crispy-skinned, seasoned chicken thighs served over a bed of flavors with a drizzle of hot honey.

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • Hot honey for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken thighs completely dry with paper towels, inside and out.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over each thigh and rub thoroughly.
  3. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the thighs.
  5. Place the seasoned thighs skin-side up on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Preheat your oven to 425°F and roast for 35-40 minutes.
  7. Once removed from the oven, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve immediately while the skin is still delightfully crispy.

Notes

Ensure chicken is completely dry for best results. Can substitute spices as desired.
