A rich and creamy cheesecake infused with hot chocolate flavors, topped with whipped cream and mini marshmallows.

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Mini marshmallows for topping
  • Chocolate sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Mix in the sour cream, melted chocolate, and vanilla extract.
  7. Pour the batter over the prepared crust.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Cool in the oven with the door cracked for an hour.
  10. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  11. Top with whipped cream, mini marshmallows, and chocolate sauce before serving.

Notes

Ensure ingredients are at room temperature for a smoother batter. Avoid opening the oven door frequently to prevent cracks.
