Delightful stuffed dates filled with creamy ricotta, sweet honey, and crunchy pistachios, perfect for impressing guests or treating yourself.

  • 12 Medjool dates
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Carefully slit each date lengthwise and remove the pit.
  3. Mix the ricotta cheese, honey, and a pinch of salt in a bowl until creamy.
  4. Spoon the ricotta mixture into each date.
  5. Top each stuffed date with chopped pistachios.
  6. Place the stuffed dates on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes.
  7. Drizzle with additional honey if desired and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, use ripe Medjool dates. Feel free to play with flavors by adding vanilla extract or zest.
