A quick and nourishing high protein pasta dish packed with fresh vegetables and flavors.

Ingredients

  • High protein pasta
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Spinach
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the high protein pasta according to package instructions in boiling salted water.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes and spinach, cooking until tomatoes burst and spinach wilts (3-4 minutes).
  5. Combine drained pasta with the vegetables in the skillet.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes

Customize with other vegetables or protein like chicken or shrimp. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
