  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and protein powder in a bowl. Stir until well mixed.
