  • 2 teaspoons paprika

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1.75 lbs potatoes, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon salt for potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs for potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes for potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika for potatoes
  • 0.5 cup milk (any type)
  • 3.5 oz light cream cheese
  • 1.4 oz grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1.75 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken in a large bowl with garlic, onion powder, mixed herbs, chili flakes, paprika, salt, and olive oil.
  2. Heat a large deep pan over medium-high heat and add the seasoned chicken, cooking for 5-6 minutes until browned.
  3. Season the potatoes in a separate bowl with salt, garlic powder, mixed herbs, chili flakes, and paprika.
  4. Cook the seasoned potatoes in an air fryer at 400°F for 18-20 minutes or roast in the oven for 20-23 minutes until crispy.
  5. Add milk and light cream cheese to the chicken, stirring until smooth.
  6. Stir in grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella until melted and combined.
  7. Fold in the crispy potatoes, ensuring they are coated in the creamy sauce.
  8. Cover the pan for 4-5 minutes on low heat to meld the flavors.
  9. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
