A vibrant and nutritious breakfast bowl packed with protein, perfect for starting your day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup berries (blueberries, strawberries, etc.)
  • Honey or maple syrup for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Layer the quinoa as the base in a bowl.
  2. Add Greek yogurt on top of the quinoa.
  3. Sprinkle mixed nuts and chia seeds over the yogurt.
  4. Add sliced banana and berries on top.
  5. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a vegan option, substitute Greek yogurt with plant-based yogurt and skip the honey.
