- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions
- Prepare the angel food cake according to package instructions or your favorite homemade recipe, then let it cool completely.
- In a bowl, combine the sliced strawberries with sugar and let them sit for 30 minutes to macerate.
