Delightful fusion of Oreos and creamy cheesecake in bite-sized, guilt-free treats.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. fat free cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup non fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. tub low fat cool whip
  • 24 Oreo thins

Instructions

  1. Prepare your cupcake liners by placing 12 paper liners into a muffin tin.
  2. Add one Oreo thin to each liner and set aside.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add in the salt, vanilla, and Greek yogurt; continue beating until well combined.
  5. Pour in the remaining crushed Oreos and mix well.
  6. Fold in the thawed cool whip until combined.
  7. Scoop the cream cheese mixture into each liner evenly.
  8. Top with crushed Oreos if desired.
  9. Freeze for 3 hours before serving.

Notes

Make sure cream cheese is softened. Thaw bites for 5-10 minutes before serving for best flavor.
