A vibrant and creamy dessert salad featuring fresh fruits and a tangy cream cheese blend.

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Creamy Base Preparation: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping until incorporated.
  4. Gently add the diced pineapple, sliced strawberries, diced kiwi, and raspberries into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Stir until the fruit is evenly coated.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve in a large bowl or individual cups and enjoy!

Notes

For best flavor, use ripe fruits and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Can be made a day in advance, adding raspberries just before serving.
