A light and creamy tropical dessert made with pineapple and coconut, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of mini marshmallows

  1. Whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. Fold in the drained crushed pineapple, ensuring it mixes well without deflating the whipped cream.
  3. Add the sweetened shredded coconut and mini marshmallows, blending everything gently.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes.
