  • 1 can sliced pineapple
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger buns
  • Lettuce and tomato for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill – Start by preheating your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Prepare the Chicken Mixture – In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken with salt, pepper, and a third of the teriyaki sauce.
  3. Form the Patties – With the seasoned mixture, form burger patties of your desired size.
  4. Grill the Chicken Patties – Place the patties on the preheated grill and grill them for about 6-7 minutes on each side.
  5. Grill the Pineapple – In the last few minutes, add the pineapple slices to the grill and cook until caramelized.
  6. Assemble Your Burger – Assemble the burgers by placing a grilled chicken patty on a soft burger bun with a slice of grilled pineapple.
  7. Top It Off – Finish with crispy lettuce and fresh tomato.

Notes
