Delicious ham cups filled with creamy eggs and melted cheese, perfect for a cozy breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped vegetables (such as bell peppers or onions)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin with oil or cooking spray.
  3. Take a slice of ham and press it into each muffin cup.
  4. Whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into each ham cup, filling them about 3/4 full.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and add vegetables if desired.
  7. Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until set.
  8. Let the cups cool slightly before removing from the tin.

Notes

Use thicker slices of ham for more stability and flavor. Feel free to experiment with different cheeses and vegetables.
