Delightful skewers of grilled shrimp and sweet pineapple, marinated in a delicious blend of flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Add the shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  4. Thread the marinated shrimp and pineapple onto the skewers.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove the skewers from the grill and serve immediately.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning. Feel free to add herbs or spices to the marinade for variations.
