A delightful and easy grilled cheese sandwich that brings warmth and nostalgia to your mealtime.

Ingredients

  • Bread of your choice (white, whole wheat, or sourdough)
  • Cheese: Cheddar and/or American
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Heat the skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Assemble the sandwich with one slice butter-side down and cheese on top.
  4. Grill for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and grill the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Serve warm, sliced in half.

Notes

Pairs well with tomato soup or salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
