  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat the Chicken: Take your chicken breast and coat it thoroughly with the yogurt mixture. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Bake the Chicken: Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish. Bake it in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Let It Rest: Once out of the oven, allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Marinate up to 4 hours or overnight for more flavor. Safe cooking temperature for chicken is 165°F (75°C).
