A delicious Greek Chicken Flatbread topped with marinated chicken, fresh vegetables, and creamy tzatziki sauce, inspired by Mediterranean flavors.

Ingredients

  • Flatbread
  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Greek herbs (oregano, thyme)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Tzatziki sauce
  • Fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill or Skillet
  2. Marinate the Chicken by combining chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Grill the Chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  4. Rest the chicken for a few minutes before slicing.
  5. Warm the Flatbread on the grill or in the oven.
  6. Assemble the Flatbread by spreading tzatziki sauce, layering sliced chicken, and adding fresh vegetables.
  7. Slice and Serve immediately.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. For a gluten-free option, use corn tortillas instead of flatbread.
