  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
  • Burger buns
  • Toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Combine the ground chicken with the crumbled feta cheese.
  3. Add the chopped parsley, oregano, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Mix all ingredients gently until just combined.
  5. Form the mixture into equally sized patties.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Sauté the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  8. Assemble your burgers with toppings on the buns.
