Indulgent brownies infused with the rich flavors of Biscoff cookie butter for a delightful twist on a classic treat.

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup butter (melted)
  • 1 cup chocolate (chopped or chips)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cookie Butter Layer: In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of Biscoff cookie butter with half a cup of sugar and one egg. Mix until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Mix the Brownie Batter: In a large bowl, melt the butter and chocolate together. Stir in remaining sugar and eggs until creamy, then add flour. Mix until just combined.
  3. Layer the Brownies: Pour half of the brownie batter into a prepared pan. Spoon cookie butter mixture over brownie base, then top with remaining brownie batter.
  4. Bake the Brownies: Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until the top is set and a toothpick comes out with fudgy crumbs.
  5. Cool and Serve: Allow brownies to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares and enjoying.

Notes

For the best flavor, use quality chocolate. Customize with nuts or swirls of caramel as desired.
