A creamy and flavorful Garlic Parmesan Sauce perfect for pasta, grilled chicken, or as a dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and continue to mix until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning if desired.
  6. Remove from heat and serve warm over your meal or use as a dip.

Notes

For the creamiest sauce, use high-fat heavy cream. You can add a splash of white wine for enhanced flavor or crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
