  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and herbs.
  3. Sear the chicken in olive oil over medium heat, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer the chicken to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. Prepare the pan sauce by adding chicken broth, soy sauce, and honey to the skillet.
  6. Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
