A delicious combination of tender chicken and egg noodles coated in a sticky garlic sauce, bringing restaurant flavors right to your kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 200g egg noodles
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Spring onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, letting them cool slightly to avoid sticking.
  2. Mix soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic in a bowl to create the sticky sauce.
  3. Heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour the sticky sauce over the chicken and stir to coat. Let simmer for a couple of minutes.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until well combined.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, pair with steamed veggies or a fresh cucumber salad. Add chili oil for spice.
