  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnishing, chopped)
  • Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  5. Sear the chicken thighs skin-side down in the skillet for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
  8. Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
