  • 4 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • Butter (for grilling)

Instructions

  1. Heat the skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter generously on one side of each slice of garlic bread.
  3. Place one slice of garlic bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
  4. Layer your cheese on top of the bread.
  5. Top it off with another slice of garlic bread, butter side up.
  6. Cook until the underside is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
