A delightful and colorful loaf that transforms the joy of Fruity Pebbles cereal into a tasty breakfast treat.

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk (room temperature)
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal (fold in gently)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and set it aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Combine the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl, whisking until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the Fruity Pebbles cereal with care.
  6. Spoon the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
  7. Place the loaf pan into your preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Once baked, remove the bread from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
