A delightful and healthy frozen yogurt bark swirled with honey, topped with fresh berries, nuts, and dark chocolate, perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to create a non-stick surface.
  2. Mix Yogurt and Sweetener: In a bowl, mix the yogurt with honey until well combined.
  3. Spread the Yogurt Mixture: Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Add the Toppings: Sprinkle the mixed berries, nuts, and dark chocolate chips evenly over the yogurt.
  5. Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow it to freeze for at least 180-240 minutes.
  6. Break and Serve: Once frozen, break the yogurt bark into pieces and serve immediately.
