A delightful no-bake summer dessert that combines creamy chocolate pudding, fluffy marshmallows, and crisp graham crackers.

Ingredients

  • 1 box graham crackers, halved (about 12 pieces)
  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows or marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip) or homemade whipped cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened (optional)
  • Mini chocolate chips or crushed graham crackers for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  2. Mix the whipped topping and softened cream cheese until smooth in a separate bowl.
  3. Fold the chocolate pudding mixture into the whipped topping mixture until well combined.
  4. Take a graham cracker half and spread a layer of the pudding mixture on top, then add a layer of mini marshmallows.
  5. Place another graham cracker half on top to form a sandwich.
  6. Repeat the process until all ingredients are used.
  7. Place the assembled s’mores in a freezer-safe dish, covering them with any remaining pudding mixture.
  8. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Garnish with mini chocolate chips or crushed graham crackers before serving.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
