  • 3 large Eggs (separated)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whip the egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
  3. Mix the cottage cheese, egg yolks, and salt in another bowl until creamy.
  4. Fold the whipped egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture gently to maintain fluffiness.
  5. Shape the mixture into mounds on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool them for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack and serve warm or at room temperature.
