A quick and flavorful one-pan dish featuring kielbasa and colorful veggies, all coated in a sweet honey garlic sauce.

Ingredients

  • Kielbasa sausage
  • Bell peppers
  • Onion
  • Zucchini
  • Honey
  • Garlic
  • Soy sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by slicing the kielbasa and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat the pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
  3. Brown the kielbasa until it forms a crust.
  4. Sauté the bell peppers, onion, and zucchini until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Mix honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce in a small bowl.
  6. Combine the sauce with the kielbasa and veggies, stirring to coat.
