Delicious homemade pizza rolls filled with gooey mozzarella cheese and aromatic garlic butter, perfect for game day or a cozy movie night.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Place a slice of mozzarella cheese on each rectangle and sprinkle with oregano.
  4. Roll each rectangle tightly and seal the ends.
  5. Melt the butter in a small pan and mix in the minced garlic.
  6. Brush the garlic butter over each roll.
  7. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  9. Serve with warm tomato sauce for dipping.
