Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together honey, olive oil, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
  3. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper, then place them on a baking dish.
  4. Pour the honey mixture over the chicken, ensuring they are well coated.
