A creamy Cottage Cheese Egg Salad that combines hard-boiled eggs with cottage cheese for a nutritious meal.

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: diced celery or red onion for extra crunch

Instructions

  1. Chop the hard-boiled eggs into a bowl.
  2. Add cottage cheese and Dijon mustard into the bowl.
