  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded

  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped

  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Combine the Crunchy Veggies: In a large bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, green onions, and sesame seeds. Toss them gently.
