  2. Whip the Cream: In another bowl, whip the heavy cream along with the vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
  3. Combine the Mixtures: Gently fold the whipped cream into the dulce de leche mixture, using a spatula to ensure everything is well combined.
  4. Chill and Set: Spoon the mousse into serving cups and chill them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
