A nutritious and flavorful twist on classic deviled eggs, packed with protein and healthy fats.

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish
  • Optional: chopped herbs or bacon bits

Instructions

  1. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
  2. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  4. Garnish with paprika and any optional toppings before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days.
