Delicious bite-sized strawberry crunch cheesecake treats perfect for any celebration.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup crushed strawberries
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup strawberry cereal or freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream and crushed strawberries until incorporated.
  4. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into mini cupcake liners or molds and freeze for about 2 hours until firm.
