A comforting breakfast sandwich featuring fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and melted sharp cheddar cheese inside a flaky croissant.

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 bacon strips
  • 2 slices of sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the bacon strips in the skillet until crispy, about 5-7 minutes, then remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. Scramble the eggs in the same skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Prepare the croissants by slicing in half and lightly buttering the insides.
  5. Assemble the sandwich with scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheddar cheese in each croissant half.
  6. Melt the cheese by closing the sandwich and placing it back in the skillet until the cheese melts.
