Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Crumble the feta cheese into the pan and fry until golden-brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Crack the eggs on top of the crispy feta, seasoning with salt and pepper.
