Instructions

  1. Gather your dandelion greens and rinse them well.
  2. Combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add water gradually to create a thick batter.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, 1-2 inches deep for shallow frying.
  5. Dip each dandelion green into the batter, ensuring full coating.
  6. Fry the greens until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  7. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
