  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  3. Create the glaze by whisking together honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat the Brussels sprouts in the glaze until well coated.
  5. Spread the glazed Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
