A comforting and creamy casserole combining chicken, spinach, and artichokes for a delightful meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked chicken, spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
  4. If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for added crunch.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Substitute frozen spinach for fresh if preferred. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
