  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (frozen or fresh)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cream cheese and chicken broth until smooth.
  3. Add the shredded chicken, broccoli, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Stir in half of the cheddar cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  6. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and green onions if using.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  8. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
