1 pound rotini pasta
1 cup Italian dressing
Juice of 2 lemons
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
Boil the pasta by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add your rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions, about 10-11 minutes.
Rinse and cool the pasta by draining it and rinsing under cold water. Let it sit to drain well.
Mix the dressing in a large bowl with Italian dressing, lemon juice, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, kosher salt, black pepper, and onion powder.
Combine the drained pasta with the dressing mixture, stirring gently to coat.
Chill or serve immediately for best flavor. If chilling, let it sit in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.
