Deliciously creamy jalapeño poppers with a hint of spice, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • Fresh jalapeños
  • Cream cheese
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Bacon bits (optional)
  • Breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. Blend together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and bacon bits in a bowl.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the creamy cheese mixture.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of each stuffed jalapeño, if desired.
  6. Arrange the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
