A rich and comforting creamy chowder made with shredded chicken, fresh herbs, and vegetables, perfect for chilly nights.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic until soft.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and add the dried thyme and rosemary.
  3. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
  4. Reduce heat and allow the chowder to simmer for 15 minutes.
