  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken breasts and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and chopped onion; sauté for 3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
