Instructions

  1. Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly under cold water, ensuring all dirt and impurities are removed.
  2. Boil the potatoes in a large pot of gently boiling water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Drain the cooked potatoes and set them aside.
  4. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Sauté the minced garlic in the melted butter for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for a few minutes, stirring gently.
  7. Season the creamy mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, allow it to reduce further or add more cream for a lighter sauce. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
