Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 200g ramen noodles
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the chicken broth, water, minced garlic, and soy sauce in a pot. Bring it to a gentle simmer.
  2. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions until they are tender.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken and heavy cream into the pot, allowing everything to heat through.
  4. Drizzle sesame oil over the dish and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve hot in bowls, garnished with sliced green onions.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute half of the heavy cream with low-fat milk. Store-bought rotisserie chicken can also save time.
